Exhibit Hall Networking Event: Monday (7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
The Exhibit Hall will be transformed into ILTA's Vendor Reality World, where conference attendees can meet with exhibitors and get acquainted with their products. Attendees may experience various reality show scenarios while stopping at exhibitors' booths and enjoying local food and drinks. This is a ticketed event, and all badge holders will receive a ticket at registration. Guest tickets are available for purchase.

Exhibit Hall Grand Opening:
Tuesday (10:00 a.m.)
All conference attendees will be encouraged to attend the grand opening. No sessions are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Vendor Bingo: Tuesday – Thursday
Every conference attendee will be given a bingo card with a square corresponding to each exhibitor's booth number. Exhibitors will receive a stamp to validate bingo cards for conference attendees who visit their booth. To get the card stamped, the attendee must answer two questions posed by the exhibitor (only one stamp per booth number allowed).

All bingo cards must be submitted by Thursday morning, and qualifying bingo cards (at least 40 stamps) will be entered into the prize drawing. The drawing will be held Thursday from noon – 12:45 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. Prizes are donated by exhibitors, and donations are individually acknowledged during the drawing.

Solution Spotlight Sessions: Tuesday – Thursday
The Solution Spotlight sessions will be held in a classroom inside the Exhibit Hall. Submit an application (applications will be sent in May with your booth confirmation) with your session details for the conference committee to review. They will vote to select the sessions that are offered.

Long Session Breaks: Tuesday and Wednesday (10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
Conference attendees will have long coffee breaks between sessions in the morning and afternoon on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Happy Hour and Cash Bar: Wednesday (4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)

Cybercafe Kiosks
There will be four stand-alone cybercafe kiosks in the Exhibit Hall.

Lounge Areas
There will be eight lounge areas for networking, relaxing and food.

Peer Pods (NEW)
Peer Pods are small areas where we will be offering:
  • BarCamps (small gatherings of conference attendees discussing specific topics of interests)
  • Our Annual Geek Lounge (a place where attendees interested in open-source applications can network)
  • Vendor Minifocus Groups
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to sign up for 60-minute minifocus groups with conference attendee participants. Sign up if you want feedback on a new product offering or what members are looking for in the next generation of your product. Identify ahead of time the type of attendee you'd like to have participate in the focus group, and ILTA will handle getting commitments from the attendees to participate. Each focus group will have 7 – 10 participants. Sign up details will be sent in May with your booth confirmation.
