Where can I find news and updates about the conference?
Information will be posted in multiple places: in E-News announcements, the conference mobile app (coming in July) and a printed newsletter ("The Globe") that will be available at breakfast each morning of the conference.

Where can I find the full conference program?
The program will be posted on this website on May 31st.

Is there a map available for the conference?
This two-page map gives you an overview of the Gaylord National property.

What information can you give me about the educational program now?
The educational program spans four full days, with 12 concurrent educational sessions across four time slots each day. There are almost 200 educational sessions that are framed around four areas of focus – information management, organization management, applications/desktop and technology operations. Sessions will include myriad topics from alternative fee arrangements to cloud computing.

I would like to speak at the conference. How can I throw my name in the hat?
We are always looking for ILTA members and vendors who are experts on specific topics to speak at the conference. If you are an expert in a particular area, please enter your credentials in our Expertise Database – it will only take a moment, and the benefits to ILTA members are immeasurable.

What is covered by my conference registration fee?
The member conference registration fee of $1,095 covers attendance at all educational sessions and networking events, entrance to the Exhibit Hall, session materials and audio recordings, and meals (with the exception of Wednesday evening).

Is there a discount for multiple registrants?
Current member law firms and law departments sending more than six employees receive a "SuperPass" discount, where your seventh registrant is at no cost. See details on the Registration Fees page.

Can I reserve a hotel room before I register for the conference?
Once you register for the conference, you will be sent a link to reserve your hotel room.

What if I am unable to attend the conference after I've registered?
Through July 15, 2012, there is a $250 fee to cancel. From July 16 to August 15, the cancellation fee is $500. No refunds will be provided after August 15. See details on the Cancellations/Refunds page.
